Project Details
When UNC Advising decided to refresh their website, they wanted to start by creating a brand that would guide the style of their site, as well as other marketing materials. With their primary audience being college students, I set out to design a brand that was youthful, welcoming, and fun. Leaning into a 90s nostalgia vibe, I created elements such as checkerboards/grids, gradients, a composition book pattern, oblong shapes, and bright colors, while also nodding to University brand elements, such as Caroline Blue and argyle.
